KidsComfortz.com Return Policy
The factory must authorize all merchandise returns. Contact Customer Service at (216) 641-1034 or (888) 875-6777 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
No returned merchandise can be accepted without an RA number. Credit for returned materials will be issued after materials are received.
KidsComfortz.com, at our discretion, will repair or replace defective materials and ship the repaired or replaced materials within
5 business days.
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for restocking, provided the items are returned in new condition in the original packaging. A 20% restocking charge will be applied in addition to all packaging and shipping charges. Custom items, including crib sets and patchwork items are made-to-order and may not be returned for restocking. |
